ISCA Patient Panel

 

We are delighted to have an excellent Patient Participation Group (PPG) which is called the ISCA Patient Panel

 

For those of you who do not know, a Patient Participation Group (PPG) is a group of patients registered with the surgery, who have no medical training, but have an interest in the services provided.

 

We are delighted to have an active PPG, lead by Councellor Richard Westlake. They meet regularly and give us feedback, suggestions and ideas on behalf of the patients.

 

We have been liaising with the PPG very closely regarding the closure of Homefield Road surgery and the move to one site on Polsloe Road.
