How to make an appointment with the Doctor or Nurse

Our aim is to give patients easy access to our healthcare team. Booking an appointment is easy.

 

1) For routine and on the day appointments please call 01392 273805, lines are open from 8:30am until 6pm

 

2) You can register for online booking and book an appointment online. To register please ask for a username and password at reception.

 

3) You can turn up without phoning to the drop in clinic to to see a Doctor during surgery times.

 

4) If you feel you just need to talk to a doctor or ask a question, we offer telephone appointments. Please call reception to book. One of the doctors will return your call.

 

If you feel you are unable to make it into the surgery and feel you need a home visit, please call 01392 273805 as soon as possible so the doctors can allocate visits early.

 

If you wish to cancel your appointment, even if very short notice please ring reception on 01392 273805.

 

Please note if you arrive late for your appointment, the Doctor may ask you to rebook or wait until the end of clinic to be seen.
